Mike is a US Navy Veteran and former law enforcement officer. He developed and successfully led a security program for a multinational Seattle based tech company. Mike is trained in Advanced Gang Investigations, De-escalation Training, and holds multiple certificates including: CPTED, ESRM, and Risk Assessment.

Wayne Degan

Wayne is a seasoned law enforcement detective with expertise in investigations and workplace violence mitigation, alongside a distinguished role as an Active Shooter Instructor Trainer, boasting accreditations from reputable institutions such as the Gavin De Becker Institute, ALICE programs, ATIXA, and NTOA.
